PAPI
I'm Papi—a traveler, a sojourner, always exploring cultures, people, lands, and the way they breathe together. For most of the year, I'm in Colombia, Honduras, Panama, Guatemala, and across Latin America—moving from finca to city, country to country, suitcase packed, laptop ready, coffee grinder and French press never far.
Coffee's not my chase—it's my constant. I don't pick beans every day or roast on the road. But it's always there: fresh-ground, hot in my hand while I work, walk streets, talk to locals, watch the sun drop over volcanoes, mountains, or oceans. I love Latin culture—the music, markets, families thriving in places that feel alive. I've stayed on farms, walked rows a few times a year, tasted cherries right off the branch—not because I'm a farmer, just curious. Because coffee here isn't factory-processed—it's tied to the soil, rain, the hard work of folks who know every tree. I hunt the best roasts, blend what I find, not for tasting notes or awards—for connection. Connection to the land, the people, and the God who made it all.
This isn't nomad life—no backpack, no surfboard. I'm a lover of these countries, their spirit, their beauty. And yeah—my daughters, my family—they're the center. I want to share what I love: real life, real health, real nature, real beans from real places. No shortcuts, no hype—just natural flavors God put there, simple and strong.
Roberts Roots is that—my passion bottled up for you. Grab a bag, brew it fresh, sit outside, breathe deep. Take time from the rush to relax, enjoy each day as a gift. Don't miss what's important
